PROJECT MASS RAPID TRANSIT LEMBAH KELANG JAJARAN SUNGAI BULOH – SERDANG – PUTRAJAYA SSP (LINE2) UNDERGROUND WORKS (PACKAGE B)

The project work scopes include the construction and completion of the Hospital Kuala Lumpur Station (HKLS) and a tunnel section between the Titiwangsa Station (TTWS) and Hospital Kuala Lumpur Crossover (HKLX). The main station is a three-story underground structure with a depth of about 29m. The wall structure of the station is 1,500mm thick, and the floor is 2250mm thick. The retaining structure of the station adopts 1200mm underground continuous wall, and 18 pillar posts are set at the bottom of the station. The main station wall is 48m deep and the entrance and exit walls are 39m deep. The station adopts bottom up construction method. The tunnel section is from the TTW station to the HKLX station which is 2192m in length. The southbound line is 1089m, and the northbound line is 1103m, passing through the Hospital Kuala Lumpur station. The outer diameter of the segment is 6350mm, the inner diameter is 5800mm.

Kuala Lumpur D43 (South) Sewerage Pipe Jacking Project

The purpose of this project is to construct the sewerage network at Batu, Jinjaang to Kepong. The scope of works included construction of sewerage network, pipe jacking shaft, supply of pipes, installation of pipe and micro tunnel boring. The length of pipeline is 21.8km.

This is the first CCCC’s brand project in Malaysia which hold a significant role in building up company’s reputation and business development. This project is to upgrade and further improve Kuala Lumpur’s sewerage network system, in order to provide better utilities services to the city.
