The project covers Phase II of "Lido Waterfront Avenue" comprehensive coastal development project, which is located in the key development area. The project scope of work includes design optimization, reclamation, earth fill, shore rip-rap and ground treatment. The area of reclamation is about 167 acres.

This project is a testimony of state-owned enterprises implementing the "Belt and Road" initiative.
